Fulfilled Pour Over Recipe:
20g of coffee - Medium-fine grind size - 1:17 ratio
320g of water - Water temp 200 F
- Pre-wet filter, dump pre-wet water
- Add 20g of medium-fine ground coffee to brewer
- Pour 60g of water for bloom, gently swirl brewer
- At 60 seconds pour remaining 260g water in slow concentric circles, avoiding sides of the filter
- Gently swirl brewer to level coffee bed through drawdown
- Enjoy your brew!
