Fulfilled Pour Over Recipe:

20g of coffee - Medium-fine grind size - 1:17 ratio

320g of water - Water temp 200 F 

  1. Pre-wet filter, dump pre-wet water
  2. Add 20g of medium-fine ground coffee to brewer
  3. Pour 60g of water for bloom, gently swirl brewer
  4. At 60 seconds pour remaining 260g water in slow concentric circles, avoiding sides of the filter
  5. Gently swirl brewer to level coffee bed through drawdown 
  6. Enjoy your brew!

Total brew time: 2:50-3:05 min
