Cancellation policy

Fulfilled Coffee Lab subscriptions are designed to keep freshly roasted coffee coming on your schedule.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your selected product will automatically renew based on the frequency you choose at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically before each subscription order is fulfilled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription through your customer account before your next order is processed.

This may include changes to:

  • Delivery frequency

  • Shipping address

  • Payment method

  • Product selection, when available

  • Upcoming order date

  • Subscription cancellation

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed, roasted, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping

We roast and ship Tuesday–Thursday. Most U.S. orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.

Subscription orders ship free with 2 or more bags. Single-bag subscription orders will receive standard shipping rates at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before your next order processes. Fulfilled Coffee Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Freshness

We ship coffees 0–4 days off roast so they have time to properly degas in transit. Our goal is for your coffee to arrive around 7 days off roast, which is our preferred minimum resting period before brewing.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, the order may be delayed until payment is successfully completed. If payment cannot be processed, the subscription order may be skipped or canceled.

Returns and Refunds

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns on coffee.

If there is an issue with your order, such as damage in transit, an incorrect item, or a fulfillment mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Price or Product Changes

Subscription pricing, product availability, shipping rates, and policies may change over time. If a product becomes unavailable, we may contact you with a replacement option or pause the subscription until the product is available again.
