This micro-lot comes to us from Roger Dominquez, a small-holder farmer who owns several mid-size farms in the La Paz, Marcala region of Honduras. This region is famous for its coffee production, as its high elevation and cool temperatures make it ideal for the development of sugars within the coffee.
