A coffee tasting, also known as a coffee cupping, is a formal process used to evaluate and compare different types of coffee based on several sensory attributes. During this coffee tasting, you will evaluate the coffee's aroma, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, body, and other characteristics.

+ we will brew the coffee (take our advanced cupping workshop to walk through the full process)

+ tasting technique

+ assess the notes
